# Customer Validation

## For International Customers

### Validate Now

If the user clicks on **Initiate**, the page will redirect to **Stripe validation**.

After filling billing information and clicking the next button, the validation options will appear.

Here, the customer needs to choose either **"Complete on mobile device"** or **"Continue on this device"** option.

#### When the customer chooses mobile verification:
Click on **Complete on mobile verification**.

After clicking **Complete on mobile verification**, multiple options will appear like:  
- **Using QR Code**
- **Using SMS**
- **Using Email**
- **Using Link**

#### Using QR Code:

#### When the customer chooses **Continue on this device**:

Provide **Photo ID**:

### By Aadhaar Validation

After filling in the **Billing Information**, the user is redirected to the **ID Validation page**, which displays the option **Click here to validate using Indian Identity**.

If the user clicks on **Click here to validate using Indian Identity**, they are redirected to the Aadhaar Validation page. This step verifies the new customer’s identity based on government-issued ID or document proofs. The user must tick the checkbox and then click on **Initiate** to proceed.

Another pop-up will open for **Aadhaar validation**.

After confirming proceed to this pop-up, the user will be redirected to the Bureau site for **KYC verification with Digilocker**.

Enter your Aadhaar card number and click **Next**.

Next, enter the OTP sent to your mobile number for Aadhaar verification and click **Submit**. Once the OTP is verified, enter your Digilocker security PIN and click **Done** to complete the verification.

After completing the Aadhaar validation, digi locker window will close and after completion of Aadhaar validation, you can redirect to **Dashboard** and can use the services.
