# Coupons

Coupon codes are unique codes that can be used in the E2E Networks MyAccount and TIR portals to receive infra credits or specific discounts on your usage billing.

## How to Access

1. Navigate to **Profile** (top-right corner) and select **Billing and Usage**.
2. Click **Coupons** in the left sidebar under the Billing and Usage section.

## Viewing Your Coupons

The Coupons section displays all coupons associated with your account along with the following details:

Coupons are associated with your MyAccount ID and cannot be used with any other MyAccount ID.

## Redeeming a Coupon

If you received a coupon via email or SMS, follow these steps to redeem it:

1. Click the **Redeem Coupon** button in the top-right corner of the Coupons section.
2. Enter a valid E2E Networks coupon code in the pop-up window.
3. Click **Submit**.

After successful redemption:
- The coupon appears in your listing with a status of **Applied**.
- If the coupon provides infra credits, your infra credit balance is updated immediately.
- Coupon details are available in the **Detail** section for reference.
