Add it to your registry project first, then create a replication rule that copies images from it into the project. ## Before you begin You need: - A registry project that reads **Created**, and, if you are a team member, a role with the create permission for Container Registry. See [Create a registry project](/myaccount/container-registry/how-to/create-a-registry-project/). - The other registry's address, and the username and password of your account on it. ## Add the source registry 1. In MyAccount, under **Storage**, click **Container Registry**, and click your project. Open its **Source Registries** tab, headed **Manage Registries**. 2. Click **+** (**New Registry Endpoint**). **Create Registry Endpoint** opens. 3. In **Type**, choose the kind of registry you copy from: **Alibaba ACR**, **Artifact Hub**, **AWS ECR**, **Azure ACR**, **Docker Hub**, **Docker Registry**, **DTR**, **Github GHCR**, **Gitlab**, **Harbor**, **Huawei SWR**, **JFrog Artifactory**, or **Tencent TCR**. 4. In **Name**, enter a name for the connection. It starts with a lowercase letter, uses the same characters as a project name, and must be unused in this project. 5. (Optional) In **Description**, add a note about the source registry. 6. In **Endpoint URL**, enter the other registry's address. For some types, **Endpoint URL** is a list of the provider's endpoints: choose the one your images are in. 7. In **Access ID** and **Access Secret**, enter the username and password of your account on the other registry. For **Docker Hub**, that is your Docker Hub username and your password or a Docker Hub access token. 8. Keep **Verify Remote Cert** checked. Clear it only when the source registry uses a self-signed or untrusted certificate. 9. Click **Test Connection** to check the details without saving them. A working connection is confirmed; otherwise you see `Either Access Key, Access Secret, or Endpoint URL is Invalid.` 10. Click **Create**. The source registry is listed on the **Source Registries** tab with its **Name**, **Type**, **URL**, **Description**, and **Updated Time**. If the connection test fails, see [Troubleshooting Container Registry](/myaccount/container-registry/troubleshooting/container-registry/#either-access-key-access-secret-or-endpoint-url-is-invalid). ## Edit a source registry 1. In MyAccount, under **Storage**, click **Container Registry**, click your project, and open its **Source Registries** tab. Open the source registry's **Actions** menu and click **Edit**. **Edit Registry Endpoint** opens. 2. Change the details you need. Enter the **Access Secret** again, even if it has not changed. 3. Click **Update**. ## Delete a source registry Before you delete a source registry, delete the replication rules that use it; see [Create a replication rule](/myaccount/container-registry/how-to/create-a-replication-rule/#delete-a-rule). 1. In MyAccount, under **Storage**, click **Container Registry**, click your project, and open its **Source Registries** tab. Open the source registry's **Actions** menu and click **Delete**. 2. **Confirm Delete Registry** asks **Are you sure you want to delete Registry?** Confirm to delete it. Your project can now copy images from the source registry. Next, create a rule that says what to copy and when; see [Create a replication rule](/myaccount/container-registry/how-to/create-a-replication-rule/).
