On a prepaid account, you need enough infra credits for an hourly plan. Have the learner's email address and one course file, such as a lecture PDF, ready. ## Create the organization 1. In the **AI LABS** group of the TIR side menu, select **AI Labs**. The AI Labs portal opens. 2. Select **Create Organization**. 3. Enter an **Organization Name** and a **Description**. 4. Choose **Hourly** as the **Plan Type**, and a plan. You can stop an hourly organization whenever nobody needs it. 5. Select **Create**. The organization opens on its home page, with a **Default** group that lets learners launch one instance on each plan with 5 GB of GPU memory. ## Invite a learner 1. In the organization, select **Add Member**. 2. Enter the learner's email address, choose the learner role, and leave the group as **Default**. 3. Send the invitation. The learner gets an email and joins the organization when they accept it. ## Create a course with a module 1. Open **Courses** and add a course. Enter a **Course name**, a description, and the **Professor** details, then create it. 2. Open the course, select **Add Module**, enter a module name, choose your file, and select **Add**. 3. On the course's **Settings** tab, choose **By Student mail**, enter the learner's email address, and confirm. ## Check the course The module is listed in the course's **Courseware**. Once the learner accepts the invitation, they find the course under **Courses**, open the module, and download its file. ## What to do next - Give learners more services or larger plans with your own [groups](/tir/ai-labs/how-to/manage-groups-and-members/#create-a-group). - Add a [shared dataset](/tir/ai-labs/how-to/create-a-course/#share-a-dataset-with-the-course) for the course. - Share the [learner guide](/tir/ai-labs/how-to/use-ai-labs-as-a-learner/) with your learners. - Stop the organization between classes to pause its billing.
