From there you can copy a token's value again and download a file that holds the token and its API key. ## See your tokens In TIR, open your project. In the side menu, under **PLATFORM SERVICES**, select **Personal Access Tokens**. These are the tokens you created in this project. Each stops working on its **Expiry** date, 365 days after you created it. ## Copy a token In the token's row, use the copy action in **Auth Token**. The whole token goes to your clipboard, ready to paste. You can copy it as often as you like until the token is deleted or expires. ## Download the config file In the token's row, use the download action in **Config File**. Your browser saves a file named `config.json`. It holds three values: the token's `api_key`, its `auth_token`, and your project ID. Tools and scripts that need the API key as well as the token read it from this file. Treat the file like a password: anyone who has it can call the API as you. To use the values, see [Use a token in API calls](/tir/personal-access-tokens/how-to/use-a-token-in-api-calls/).
