Your balance has to cover about 24 hours of an hourly plan, or the full cost of a committed plan, before the resource launches. Until it does, TIR shows **Insufficient Credits!** with how many more credits you need. Add them with [Pay now](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/pay-now/) or a [coupon](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/redeem-a-coupon/), then launch again. See [Troubleshooting Billing and Usage](/tir/tir-billing/troubleshooting/tir-billing/#insufficient-credits-when-you-launch-a-resource). ## Am I charged for 24 hours in advance? No. On an hourly plan you are billed only for the hours the resource runs. The 24 hours of credits are a balance check at launch, and nothing is held or deducted for them. ## How much is one infra credit worth? One unit of your billing currency: one infra credit is one rupee before GST on an INR account. ## What happens when my infra credits run out? When a prepaid balance goes below zero, E2E Networks sends you reminders. If the balance stays negative, the account's services are suspended, and TIR shows "Your account has been suspended". Adding infra credits to cover the negative balance restores the services. When a reminder arrives, go to [Pay now](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/pay-now/) to add infra credits. ## Do my payments and coupons show in MyAccount too? Yes. Transactions, invoices, redeemed coupons, and infra credits are shared between TIR and MyAccount. Only **Usage Details** is limited to TIR products and services. See [View account statements](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/view-account-statements/). ## Can an Admin pay or redeem a coupon? No. Under **Billing & Usage**, an Admin can open only **Account Usage**. Every other section is for the account owner: | Section | Owner | Admin | | -------------------------- | ----- | ----- | | **Overview** | Yes | No | | **Billing Profile** | Yes | No | | **Account Statement** | Yes | No | | **Payment & Transactions** | Yes | No | | **Autopay** | Yes | No | | **Coupons** | Yes | No | | **Account Usage** | Yes | Yes | Ask the account owner to make the payment or redeem the coupon. ## Can I pay by bank transfer? Yes, on an INR account. Your account has its own virtual bank account, which takes IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS payments only, so use one of those rather than a cheque. Its details are in **Billing Profile**. See [Manage your billing profile](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/manage-your-billing-profile/). ## What is the most I can pay at once? You can pay up to 1,000,000 in your billing currency in one payment, with up to two decimal places. See [Pay now](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/pay-now/). ## Why does my invoice show Unsigned Invoice? A new invoice is signed within 48 hours. After an online payment, an invoice's status can take up to three hours to change. See [View account statements](/tir/tir-billing/how-to/view-account-statements/). ## Does Usage Details show my MyAccount usage too? No. **Usage Details** in TIR lists TIR products and services only. Everything else in Billing and Usage is shared with MyAccount: transactions, invoices, coupons, and infra credits. ## Where do I see what things cost? Pricing is on the [E2E Networks pricing page](https://www.e2enetworks.com/pricing). ## Can I get a refund for unused credits? Yes, for infra credits you paid for. While your account is in active use, email billing-support@e2enetworks.com to ask for a refund of the unused balance. Credits from coupons or promotions are non-refundable.
