--- title: "Pay now in TIR" description: "Make a one-time payment in TIR by card, net banking, e-wallet, or UPI to buy infra credits or settle your bill." content_type: "how-to" product: "tir-billing" platform: "TIR" url: "/tir/tir-billing/how-to/pay-now/" topic: ["payments"] relationships: {"requires":["/tir/tir-billing/get-started/"]} --- # Pay now in TIR Use **Payment & Transactions** to make a one-time payment of any amount above zero, up to 1,000,000 in your billing currency, with up to two decimal places. You can pay by credit or debit card, and an account billed in INR can also use net banking, an e-wallet, or UPI. For what products cost, see the [E2E Networks pricing page](https://www.e2enetworks.com/pricing). ## Before you begin Make sure that you: - Are the account owner, the only role that can open **Payment & Transactions**. - Have your billing details and identity verification complete. Until they are, the screen says "Complete your billing details and account verification before making a payment." and shows **Complete verification**, which opens a form to complete them first. ## Open Payment & Transactions 1. In TIR, open the account menu at the top right and select **Billing & Usage**. 2. In the settings menu on the left, select **Payment & Transactions**. You can also select the balance in the top bar, then **Add credits** (prepaid) or **Pay now** (postpaid). Your payments are listed under **Recent Transactions**, below the payment form. See [View recent transactions](#view-recent-transactions). ## Pay on a prepaid account On a prepaid account, the payment buys infra credits. **Available credits** is your current balance. 1. In **Credits to add**, enter the number of infra credits to buy. The field starts with 100 for an INR account and 1 for a USD account. 2. Check the summary. **Cost of credits** is the credits you enter. For an INR account, the summary adds the **GST** and its percentage. **Total payable** is the amount you pay. If TDS is enabled on your account, the summary also gives the **Invoice total** and **TDS withheld**, and how many credits are withheld. Share Form 16A to claim withheld credits. 3. Select **Add credits** to open the checkout, where you choose a payment method. One infra credit is worth one unit of your billing currency, before GST. ## Pay on a postpaid account On a postpaid account, a payment is first applied to your unpaid invoices. Any amount left over is recorded as an advance payment. **Current usage** is shown apart from your **Outstanding balance**, **Latest bill amount**, and **Advance amount**. If TDS is enabled on your account, there is also a **Suggested TDS deduction**. A payment can take up to three days to reach the outstanding balance, so an amount you have already paid can still appear there. 1. **Payment amount** starts with your outstanding balance. To pay in full, keep it. You can enter any other amount above zero. 2. Select **Pay balance** to open the checkout. When nothing is due, you cannot make a payment here. ## Complete the payment After a payment, TIR tells you whether it went through. Your balance and transactions can take a few moments to update. Select **Done**. Your payment is at the top of **Recent Transactions**. ### Accounts billed in INR The payment gateway is Razorpay.
