# Redeem a coupon

Redeem a coupon code to receive infra credits or a discount on your usage billing. Each coupon code is
unique and works in both E2E Networks MyAccount and TIR.

## Before you begin

Make sure that you:

- Are signed in as the account owner. Only the owner can open **Coupons**.
- Have the coupon code, for example from an email or SMS. A code is 10 characters long.

A coupon belongs to your MyAccount ID and works only with that ID.

## Open Coupons

1. In TIR, open the account menu at the top right and select **Billing & Usage**.
2. In the settings menu on the left, select **Coupons**.

## Read your coupons

**Your coupons** has every coupon on your account, with what it gives you, infra credits or a
discount, and the last date you can redeem it. A coupon is **Available** to redeem, **Applied** once
redeemed, or **Expired**.

## Redeem a coupon

1. In **Coupon code**, enter the code exactly as it appears on your coupon.
2. Select **Redeem coupon**.

To redeem a coupon that is already in your list, open the **Actions** menu in its row and select **Use
coupon**. This works on an **Available** coupon and puts the code in **Coupon code** for you.

After you redeem a coupon:

- The coupon is **Applied**.
- If the coupon gives infra credits, your infra credit balance refreshes.
- Open the **Actions** menu in the coupon's row and select **View details** to see its **Status**,
  **Expires on**, **Redeemed on**, and **Redeemed by**.
