Use them for security reviews and compliance checks, and to find out what changed when something looks different. ## Before you begin Sign in to TIR in the account whose activity you want to review. Audit Logs list that account's events. ## What Audit Logs track Audit Logs record events such as: - User additions, updates, and removals - Project creation and deletion - Resource creation and deletion, such as nodes, endpoints, and datasets - Policy changes and permission updates ## Open Audit Logs 1. Open the account menu at the top right, the button that shows your name and email, and select **Audit Logs**. 2. In **Service**, choose a TIR service, or leave **All services**. 3. In **Interval**, choose **Current month**, **Last Month**, **Last 6 Months**, or **Custom**. For **Custom**, set **Start date** and **End date**; the end date can be today at the latest. The table updates to the events that match. To download them, select **Export as CSV**. ## Read an entry Each row is one event: | Column | What it shows | | ----------------- | ----------------------------------- | | **Date & Time** | When the event happened | | **Location** | The location recorded for the event | | **Event** | The action performed | | **Project Name** | The project involved | | **Resource Name** | The resource involved | | **Status** | **Success** or **Failed** | | **Client IP** | The address the request came from | ## Make Audit Logs part of your routine - Review Audit Logs regularly to catch unauthorized access or unexpected changes. - Export or archive the logs if your compliance policy needs long-term retention. - Compare what you see with the [IAM page](/tir/tir-iam/how-to/manage-users-in-the-iam-panel/) to check that role assignments are still right.
