Reserving or changing a reserved IP leaves your instance charges as they are. For the rates, see [E2E's pricing page](https://www.e2enetworks.com/pricing). ## Reserved public IPs A reserved public IP is charged monthly while you hold it, whether it is **Attached** or **Available**. Billing starts when you reserve the IP and stops when you delete it. The charge is billed on the 1st of every month. Only deleting the IP stops the charge. Detaching it, or transferring it to another project, keeps the charge running. Deleting an instance leaves its reserved IPs in place, and they stay charged, so delete the IPs you have stopped using. See [Reserved IPs](/tir/tir-reserved-ip/concepts/reserved-ips/). ## VPC IPs (reserved IPs of Type Private) Reserving, attaching, detaching, and deleting a VPC IP are free in TIR. A VPC IP comes from a VPC in your E2E MyAccount project, and that VPC is billed on its own plan. For its details, see [how a VPC works in MyAccount](/myaccount/vpc/).
