See [Create an SFS](/tir/tir-sfs/how-to/create-an-sfs/). ## See which instances use it 1. In **Manage Shared File-System**, select the SFS's row. 2. Select the **Instances** tab. The tab lists the project's instances with their **Name**, **Image**, **Node Status**, **Mount Status**, **Mount Path**, and **Actions**. Use it to see which instances mount this SFS, at what path, and to mount or unmount it on an instance. Keep the SFS mounted only on the instances that need access, and unmount it from the rest. See [Mount an SFS on an instance](/tir/tir-sfs/how-to/mount-an-sfs-on-an-instance/). ## Track its space Select the **Monitoring** tab. **Shared File-System Usage** charts the space used on the SFS against its total size. Use it to see when an SFS is getting full, before an instance runs out of room to write. When an SFS is close to its total size, increase it; see [Increase the size of an SFS](/tir/tir-sfs/how-to/increase-the-size-of-an-sfs/).
