Have the details of the issue ready: the steps you took, the error messages, and the names of the affected resources. ## Create a ticket 1. In the side menu, select **Support**, then select **Create Ticket**. 2. Leave **Ticket Category** on **Cloud**. Choose a **Severity Level**, and choose **High** only for issues that affect production. 3. Select the **Service** the issue is about. 4. Enter a **Subject** and a **Description**. 5. Select **Submit Ticket**. TIR shows the new ticket's number, and the ticket appears in the **Support Tickets** list. For every field, see [Create a support ticket](/tir/tir-support/how-to/create-a-support-ticket/). ## What to do next - [Find your tickets](/tir/tir-support/how-to/find-your-tickets/) and follow the conversation. - [Reply to a ticket](/tir/tir-support/how-to/reply-to-a-ticket/) when support asks for more. - If submitting the ticket fails, see [Troubleshooting Support](/tir/tir-support/troubleshooting/tir-support/). - To learn what support covers, read [What Cloud Platform Support covers](/tir/tir-support/concepts/support-scope/).
