TIR refuses a restore while a snapshot is being created. Scale up and the Qdrant dashboard become available again when the restore finishes. Until then, hold all writes to the database. ## Restore the snapshot 1. In **Manage Vector Database**, select the database's row, then open **Snapshot**. 2. Select the snapshot, then select **Restore Snapshot** in its **Actions**. 3. In the **Restore Snapshot** dialog, select **Restore**. The database's status changes to **Restoring**. ## Check the restore Open the **Snapshot** tab and select its refresh button, then check the database's **Status** in the list. When the restore finishes, the database is **Running** again and its dashboard is back. If it shows **Restore Failed**, contact support with the database name and the snapshot's number. ## What to do next To restore a different snapshot, repeat these steps with that snapshot.
