E2E Networks Customer SignUp and Validation Process for International Customers

SignUp with Foreign Customer as Organization

1. Navigate to the URL: https://myaccount.e2enetworks.com/accounts/login

   

2. Click on the Not registered? Sign up link, then the SignUp page will open.

   

3. Fill in all details and click on the SignUp button.

   

4. After filling in all details and clicking on the SignUp button, an OTP verification pop-up will appear. You will need to enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and email and then click on the Verify button.

   

5. After OTP verification, the billing information page will open, and the user needs to fill in the required fields.

   Note:
   We don’t ask for GSTIN and PAN for foreign customers. We only ask for a VAT/TAX ID in the case of organizations, and that field is not mandatory as of now.

   

6. After filling in all details and clicking the Save & Continue button, please validate the payment method as shown below.

   

Skip Validation

If the user clicks the Skip button, another pop-up will appear, and the customer has to click on Skip Validation.

Note

After skip verification user will be able to use myaccount but only for 20 days and a warning message will be displayed on their myaccount dashboard the warning message will be like this (Your customer validation process is pending. Please complete validation before the date(like 2023-03-6) to use uninterrupted services. Click here to complete your customer validation). If the user will not complete their customer validation within 10 days then we will suspend his account after 10 days. For suspending we will send a first reminder on the 4th day after SignUp and a second reminder we will send on the 7th day after registration and then 3rd or final reminder will be on the 9th day But still, the customer will not complete his validation after 10 days his account will be suspended.

Now after a few days of using services, if a customer wants to validate his account then he will have to click on the ‘Click here’ link.

After clicking on the link a pop-up will appear and shows a message like stripe based validation for the services for E2E networks Ltd. Here customer choose complete on mobile device or Continue on this device.

If the customer chooses mobile verification, click on Complete on mobile device.

After clicking the Complete on mobile button, it will show multiple options like:

• Using QR Code
• Using SMS
• Using Email
• Using Link

When the customer chooses Continue on this device:

Provide a Photo ID:

Validate Now

If the user clicks on Initiate now, the page will redirect to Stripe validation.

After clicking the button, a pop-up will appear showing a message like:
Stripe-based validation for the services of E2E Networks Ltd.
Here, the customer can choose either Complete on mobile verification or Continue on this device.

If the customer chooses mobile verification:

Click on Complete on mobile verification.

After clicking Complete on mobile verification, multiple options will appear like:

• Using QR Code
• Using SMS
• Using Email
• Using Link

If the customer chooses Continue on this device:

To SignUp and SignIn with GitHub

SignUp

1. Navigate to the URL: https://myaccount.e2enetworks.com/accounts/login and click on Sign up with GitHub.

   

2. After clicking on Sign up with GitHub, fill in all required details and click on Sign Up to complete OTP verification.

   

3. After OTP verification, the billing information form will open. Fill in all required details and click on the Save & Continue button. Now the SignUp process will be complete.

   
   

SignIn with GitHub

1. Navigate to the URL: https://myaccount.e2enetworks.com/accounts/login and click on Sign in with GitHub.

   

2. Enter your GitHub email address and password, then click on Sign In. You will now be successfully logged in, and the Dashboard page will open.
