E2E Networks My account portal lets you access and manage your E2E Virtual Compute Nodes through a simple and intuitive web-based user interface. My Account portal is a one-stop platform for E2E Networks that holds all your information.
All the E2E Networks customers will be provided with an access account for this portal.
Sign Up to Myaccount Portal¶
Go to the URL myaccount.e2enetworks.com & select SignUp
Fill all the details and accept the “Terms and Conditions” before clicking on the “Sign Up” button.
Verify Mobile Number¶
You will receive an OTP (one-time password) on your mobile from E2E Networks.
Enter the OTP and click Verify on the verification screen
The OTP expires in three minutes. If you haven’t received an OTP, you can click on ‘Click here to resend’ to request OTP again.
You will receive a verification email from E2E Networks to verify your account.
Access your email and click on the confirmation link.
Activate your Myaccount¶
On successfully signing up, you will be asked to input the following details:
- User Details
- Technical Contact
Please input your personal information, organization details, contact details etc.
Assign Technical Contact¶
The technical information such as notifications related to your Virtual Compute Nodes will be sent to this contact.
Before you proceed to use the services, you need to verify your email, by clicking on the link sent in the registered email.
Once verified, you can choose among various payment modes.
You can proceed with the default payment setting. You can go to > Plans and Pricing to choose the best suited plan for your needs.
You would need to have necessary credits in your account based on the plan chosen to proceed further. You can add the desired credit by buying them from MyAccount portal. Once you have the required credits, you can launch a virtual node and continue with setting up your machine.
If you have been provided with an estimate by our team, you can choose this option to make payment through the MyAccount portal. Please note, by choosing this option you will only be able to make payments and will not be able to initiate any services listed in MyAccount portal.
If you need monthly billing, you can choose option 3. On selection of option 3, you will be prompted with a window to confirm your selection along with your reason to opt for monthly billing. You can submit your request by clicking on the ‘Apply for Postpaid’ button. You can continue to the dashboard but will not be able to launch any services till your request is pending for approval
On submission, your account will be reviewed and you’ll be notified in your registered email about approval of your request. Once approved you can go to your dashboard to launch the required nodes and services for your machine setup.
