As part of the IAM hierarchy simplification, a new format of the TIR APIs is now available. All endpoints that previously included /teams/:team_id segment will now follow a service-centric structure, with project_id now passed as a query parameter instead of a path segment. Empty Bucket

Delete every object in the bucket, including older versions, while keeping the bucket itself. Emptying runs in the background.

A version still under a retention period or legal hold cannot be removed and stops the run, leaving the rest of the bucket in place. The request is also rejected while the bucket is mounted on a running workload.
