See what has a Parallel File System (PFS) mounted before you unmount, increase its size, or delete it. The same check confirms the right instances are reading from it.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”You need a PFS created in the project. See Create a PFS.
See what is using it
Section titled “See what is using it”- In Parallel File System, select the PFS’s row. Its Services tab opens below the list.
- Choose what to see from the tab’s dropdown: Instances, Training Cluster Deployments, or Slurm Cluster. The tab lists one kind at a time.
To see another PFS’s services, select its row instead.
A PFS belongs to one project. Parallel File System lists the current project’s PFS, and the Services tab shows that project’s instances, training clusters, and Slurm clusters. A training cluster’s own Volumes tab lists its mounted PFS the same way, and you can filter it to mounted or unmounted; see Mount a PFS on a training cluster.
Before you delete a PFS, unmount it from everything on the list; see Delete a PFS. An increase works while the PFS stays mounted; see Increase the size of a PFS.
