All endpoints that previously included /teams/:team_id segment will now follow a service-centric structure, with project_id now passed as a query parameter instead of a path segment. List Resources Attached to a VPC

Returns the resources currently attached to the VPC. ip_address is observed once the workload is up, so it stays null until then.
