All endpoints that previously included /teams/:team_id segment will now follow a service-centric structure, with project_id now passed as a query parameter instead of a path segment. Create VPC

Creates a VPC with the address range you supply. The network is set up asynchronously: the VPC is returned with status Creating and reaches Active on its own. Poll the details endpoint until the status settles.

A name for the VPC, unique among the active VPCs in the project. Starts with a letter, ends with a letter or digit, and may contain letters, digits, hyphens and underscores in between.

The IPv4 address range for the VPC, written as a network address with the host portion set to zero. Must be a private range inside 10.0.0.0/8, 172.16.0.0/12 or 192.168.0.0/16, with a prefix between /16 and /28. Fixed once the VPC is created.
