TIR DBaaS gives you a managed PostgreSQL database. You pick a PostgreSQL version, a compute plan, and a disk size, and set the first login; TIR sets up and manages the database. The pgvector extension is chosen for you when you create a database, so the same database can hold embeddings for vector search alongside ordinary relational data. DBaaS is available in Chennai.
