Detaches one security group from the Load Balancer, so its rules stop applying to the Load Balancer’s traffic. Needs the Delete permission for Load Balancers.

The group is not attached to this Load Balancer (“Security Group not found”), or could not be detached (“Security group removal failed”). The same 400 is returned, with the project’s own text, when project_id is missing or not a number.
