Plan a DBaaS instance around these limits: how far it grows, how many Read Replicas and VPCs it
takes, and which names and passwords it accepts. The connection and statement limits apply to MySQL
8.0, MariaDB 10.6 and 10.11, and PostgreSQL 15 and 18. A parameter group changes the connection
limit; see
Common parameter group settings.
