Manage scheduled runs

Turn a pipeline’s schedules on and off, see the runs they started, or delete them from the Scheduled Jobs tab. You need update permission on the pipeline service to turn a schedule on or off and delete permission to delete one.

See the schedules

In Manage Pipelines, select the pipeline and open Scheduled Jobs. Each schedule has its name, Start, End (the date and time the schedule stops, or Never), Interval in hours, and whether it is Enabled or Disabled. To see one version’s schedules, use Filter by Version.

Select a schedule to open the runs it has started, with Run Name, Duration, Start Time, End Time, and Status. Select a run’s name to open it.

Turn a schedule on or off

1. Select the schedule.
2. Turn the toggle at the bottom of the schedule on or off, and confirm.

A disabled schedule keeps its settings and starts no new runs until you turn it on again.

Delete a schedule

1. Select the schedule, then Delete.
2. Tick “I understand and want to delete scheduled run” followed by the name.
3. Select Delete.

Runs the schedule already started stay in the pipeline’s run list.
