View a pipeline version

Open a version to check what a pipeline will do before you run it. You need read permission on the pipeline service.

1. In Manage Pipelines, select the pipeline, then the Pipeline Versions tab.
2. Select the version’s name to open its Graph and Yaml tabs.

• Graph is the layout of the steps, and it stays the same while a run progresses. Select a step to see its input and output parameters, arguments, command, image, and volume mounts, and any condition it runs under.
• Yaml is the file as uploaded, shown read only.

To start a run of this version, go back to Pipeline Versions and select the icon in its Create Run column.
