Update permission lets a role start, stop and scale up a database, resize its disk and restore a snapshot. Delete permission lets a role delete a database or a snapshot. See Create a vector database.
What happens if there is no capacity for my plan?
Section titled “What happens if there is no capacity for my plan?”The create is refused with “Inventory temporarily unavailable. Please try again after some time.” before any database exists, so the attempt is free. Try again later, or choose another plan. See Create a vector database.
Nodes and disks
Section titled “Nodes and disks”How many nodes can a database have?
Section titled “How many nodes can a database have?”3 to 10. You choose the count when you create the database and can raise it later. See Scale up a vector database.
