Delete a database to remove it for good, along with its collections and its snapshots. This stops its compute, disk and snapshot charges.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”You need a role with Delete permission on Vector Database. Deleting a database permanently removes all its data, collections and configuration, and its snapshots go with it. Keep a copy of what you need outside the database first, for example with Qdrant snapshots you download.
