Redeem Coupon

Coupon Code​

Coupon codes are unique codes that can be used in the E2E Networks MyAccount and TIR portals to receive Infra Credits or specific discounts on your usage billing. Follow these instructions to redeem a valid coupon code.

STEP 1 – Switching to ‘TIR’ from Myaccount​

First, to switch from MyAccount to the TIR portal, simply click the TIR-AI Platform button within your MyAccount dashboard.

STEP 2 – Navigation to Billing and Usage > “Coupons” section​

Click on your profile button located in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select the Billing and Usage tab.

On the left side, click on the Coupons section available under the “Billing and Usage” section.

STEP 3 – View your Coupons​

Coupons details​

Here you can see the list of coupons available, also you can check the details like coupon code, details, expiry date, and status related to each coupon available.

Note

The coupons available here are associated with your ‘MyAccount ID’ and can not be used for any other ‘MyAccount’ ID.

Redeem a Coupon​

If the coupon is provided to you via an e-mail or an SMS, then you can redeem the coupon through the “Add Coupon” or “Redeem Coupon” option.

Please click on the Redeem Coupon button on the top right corner. A window shall pop up.

Enter a valid E2E Networks coupon code. After that, click on the ‘Submit’ button. If you enter a valid coupon code, you should be able to see the coupon in the listing with status as Applied. Also if the applied coupon is a Infra Credit Coupon then your Infra Credit Balance will also be updated accordingly.
