Account Statement

The Account Statement provides a summary of financial transactions and usage over a given period on your MyAccount and TIR account. You can refer to E2E Networks' pricing for an overview of products, services, and prices.

How to Access

  1. Navigate to Profile (top-right corner) and select Billing and Usage.
  2. Click Account Statement in the left sidebar under the Billing and Usage section.

Invoices

At the end of a billing cycle or when you purchase infra credits, E2E Networks issues an invoice as a PDF file. All generated invoices are available under the Invoices report and can be downloaded by clicking the download button.

Invoice Status Reference

Unsigned Invoice

The invoice has been issued but is not yet digitally signed. Invoices are signed within 1 business day.

Unpaid

The invoice has been issued and payment is pending.

Paid

Payment has been made and the invoice is fully settled.

Partially Paid

Payment has been made partially and the invoice is not fully settled.

Overdue

The invoice has not been paid and the due date has passed.

Note

It may take up to 3 hours for the invoice status to update after an online payment is made.

To download an invoice, select the invoice and click the Download link in PDF format.


Recent Transactions

This section displays all past payment transactions made through MyAccount and TIR, providing a complete payment history for your account.


Usage Details

The Usage Details report provides information about your consumption of TIR products and services, along with the infra credits used for each.

You can filter the usage data and download reports in Excel or PDF format by clicking the respective icon.

The Usage Details section in TIR only shows usage for TIR products and services.
