AI Labs
AI Labs is a dedicated, cloud-powered platform designed to elevate educational institutions by enabling professors, researchers, and students to engage in structured learning, drive innovative research, and manage technical resources with ease. It offers a centralized environment tailored specifically for academic use, transforming traditional computer labs into intelligent, scalable AI ecosystems.
How to create an AI Labs course?
To initiate the AI Labs course creation process, first navigate to the sidebar section and select AI Labs and go to Create Course.
Select a course plan, and proceed to next.
Add the course details, including title, instructor name, course name, and description, and go to Next.
Attach the dataset to the course and select the appropriate plans along with their usage limits for students, and click on Create to launch the course.
Course Overview
The course details can be viewed in the Overview section of the course.
Resource Report of all the resources launched in the entire course will be shown here.
Learning Content
Go to the Learning Content section to add or get all the documents assosciated to the course.
Student Administration
Students can be added to the course by inviting their email address to join the course.
By default, all necessary access permissions are automatically granted to students without requiring selection of the advanced options.
User can add a single email or even multiple emails by uploading a CSV file and selecting the advanced options for selecting policies for the student.
Students can be managed through the Actions button in the students listing.
Course Activity
To view the course activity, click on Course Activity in the navigation menu.
Monitoring
Go to Monitoring tab for real-time insights into resource usage, performance metrics, and system health throughout the course.
How to edit a course?
Click on the Edit Course button, and update the course details according to requirements.
Edit Course allows to update the course details and course settings only.
Deletion of a course
Go to Manage Courses and under the Options Menu click on Delete Course.
