Analyse usage

See where your TIR spend goes. Account Usage breaks down your credit usage by project, by kind of resource, by region, and over time, so you can find the biggest costs and where to cut them. It also lists the resources you have now.

Both the account owner and an Admin can open Account Usage.

  1. In TIR, open the account menu at the top right and select Billing & Usage. An Admin lands on Account Usage.
  2. As the account owner, select Account Usage in the settings menu on the left. You can also select the balance in the top bar, then View usage.

Account Usage has two tabs: Credits and Resources.

Open Filters to choose what you see, then select Apply changes. Select Reset filters to clear them.

Filter What it does Tab
Project Shows the usage of one project, or of all projects. Credits and Resources
Location Shows one location: Delhi or Chennai. Credits and Resources
Resources Shows one or more kinds of resource. With none chosen, it shows all resources. Credits
Interval Sets the period: Current month, Previous month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or Custom. It starts on Previous month. Credits
GenAI model Appears when you choose Gen AI Usage under Resources, and narrows the usage to one model. Credits

The Resources choices are Node Usage, Node Disk Usage, Block Storage (Disk Dataset) Usage, Inference Usage, Pipeline Run Usage, VectorDB Usage, VectorDB Disk Usage, VectorDB Snapshot Usage, Multinode Cluster Usage, Private Cluster Usage, SFS Usage, PFS Usage, Model Evaluation Job Usage, Reserve IP Usage, Guardrails Usage, and Gen AI Usage. Guardrails Usage is listed only when your account region is Delhi.

For Custom, set a Start date and an End date. Both dates are included, the range can be up to 365 days, and a date in the future is not accepted.

The filters work together: choose one project, Node Usage, and 6 months, for example, to see how that project’s node usage changed over half a year.

On the Credits tab:

  • Monthly credit usage is the credits used in each month. For a Custom interval it is Daily credit usage. Credits in displayed data is the total.
  • Credits by project compares your projects when you choose all projects. Select a project in it to see that project’s usage.
  • Credits by resource is the credits each kind of resource used.

Each panel has a chart view and a table view, so you can read exact figures. To take the figures elsewhere, choose Export CSV in the panel’s Actions menu.

The Resources tab shows Current resources for the project and location you choose: a table with Resource, Total, and Current state, which gives how many are running. The credit filters do not change it. Use Export CSV in its Actions menu to save it.

For one project’s usage by resource, with the cost of each, see View resource usage and activity. To see the charges on an invoice, see View account statements.
