Pay now in TIR

Use Payment & Transactions to make a one-time payment of any amount above zero, up to 1,000,000 in your billing currency, with up to two decimal places. You can pay by credit or debit card, and an account billed in INR can also use net banking, an e-wallet, or UPI. For what products cost, see the E2E Networks pricing page.

Make sure that you:

  • Are the account owner, the only role that can open Payment & Transactions.
  • Have your billing details and identity verification complete. Until they are, the screen says “Complete your billing details and account verification before making a payment.” and shows Complete verification, which opens a form to complete them first.
  1. In TIR, open the account menu at the top right and select Billing & Usage.
  2. In the settings menu on the left, select Payment & Transactions.

You can also select the balance in the top bar, then Add credits (prepaid) or Pay now (postpaid).

Your payments are listed under Recent Transactions, below the payment form. See View recent transactions.

On a prepaid account, the payment buys infra credits. Available credits is your current balance.

  1. In Credits to add, enter the number of infra credits to buy. The field starts with 100 for an INR account and 1 for a USD account.
  2. Check the summary. Cost of credits is the credits you enter. For an INR account, the summary adds the GST and its percentage. Total payable is the amount you pay. If TDS is enabled on your account, the summary also gives the Invoice total and TDS withheld, and how many credits are withheld. Share Form 16A to claim withheld credits.
  3. Select Add credits to open the checkout, where you choose a payment method.

One infra credit is worth one unit of your billing currency, before GST.

On a postpaid account, a payment is first applied to your unpaid invoices. Any amount left over is recorded as an advance payment.

Current usage is shown apart from your Outstanding balance, Latest bill amount, and Advance amount. If TDS is enabled on your account, there is also a Suggested TDS deduction. A payment can take up to three days to reach the outstanding balance, so an amount you have already paid can still appear there.

  1. Payment amount starts with your outstanding balance. To pay in full, keep it. You can enter any other amount above zero.
  2. Select Pay balance to open the checkout.

When nothing is due, you cannot make a payment here.

After a payment, TIR tells you whether it went through. Your balance and transactions can take a few moments to update. Select Done. Your payment is at the top of Recent Transactions.
