Troubleshooting steps for monitoring in Windows
Right-click on start and select “Run”.
Type “services.msc” and select OK.
Search for “Zabbix agent” and make sure it is running.
If it is not in running status, please press the “Start” button.
If you are unable to find the Zabbix agent service, you need to install the Zabbix agent. Please download Zabbix agent 4.4 from here.
Also, you have to check that the Zabbix port 10050 is allowed. By default, it is allowed in all E2E nodes. You can check for an existing firewall rule with the name “Zabbix”. Otherwise, you can allow the port by referring to the article here.
