Pricing Update — Effective July 1, 2026
We are updating the pricing for Compute, GPU, and Storage services on the E2E Cloud platform, effective July 1, 2026. The increase is in line with current market conditions including significant inflationary impacts on the input cost and investment in latest generation hardware, enhancing performance and reliability across our facilities. We remain committed to offer the most competitive cloud infrastructure services.

Updated Pricing
Committed Plan Rates Are Protected
If you are on a committed plan, your pricing does not change. Committed plan rates are locked in for the full duration of your current term, whether that is 30, 90, 183, 365, or 1,095 days. The new pricing applies only when your term expires and you renew or revert to hourly billing.
Contracted Price Are Protected
If you have a Contracted Price, your pricing does not change until the contract validity expires. The new pricing applies only when your contract term ends.
Lock In Today's Rates
Want to lock in today's rates? If you are currently on hourly billing, switching to a committed plan before June 30, 2026 will secure your current rate for the duration of your commitment. Log in to MyAccount to review the committed plan options available for your SKU.

Frequently Asked Questions
When exactly do the new rates take effect?
July 1, 2026 at 00:00 IST. Usage up to June 30 is billed at current rates.
I have nodes on committed plans and some on hourly. What happens?
Committed plan nodes continue at their locked-in rate until the term expires. Only your hourly-billed nodes move to the new rates from July 1.
My Kubernetes cluster has worker nodes. Are they affected?
Yes. Kubernetes worker nodes are billed as compute nodes and are included in this update. The master node is not affected.
I use TIR for GPU notebooks or inference. Am I affected?
Yes. TIR Notebook, Inference, Distributed Job, and Private Cloud GPU workloads are all included. CPU-backed TIR workloads (C3 series) and TIR storage are also updated.
I have a discount or coupon on my account. How does it apply?
Active discounts and SKU coupons continue to apply to your billed amount in accordance with the terms of your coupon. For specific queries, please write to billing-support@e2enetworks.com.
Will my custom, pre-negotiated special on-demand rate be canceled or will the price hike apply on top of it?
Your "Contracted Price" stays unchanged until your contract validity expires; the price hike does not apply on top of it. The new pricing applies only once your contract term ends.
If I have an active account-wide discount coupon, will it remain valid after July 1st?
Active discounts and SKU coupons continue to apply to your billed amount in accordance with the terms of your coupon. Yes — the coupon remains valid after July 1, 2026, subject to its existing terms and validity period.
What happens if my special discount coupon expires in August — will my billing immediately jump to the full new price?
Yes. The discount remains valid only until the coupon's expiry. Once the coupon expires, billing will move to the new (revised) price from that point onward.
If I launch new resources after July 1st under a previously negotiated discounted rate, which price applies?
New resources launched on or after July 1, 2026 will attract the new (revised) price. The previously negotiated discount applied only to resources provisioned before July 1, 2026 and does not extend to new resources. However, if you hold a customer-level discount coupon (i.e., not tagged to a specific SKU) that is still within its validity period, that coupon will continue to apply.
Does my contract protection apply to everything on my account or only to specific SKUs listed in the contract?
Contract protection applies only to the specific SKUs listed in your contract. SKUs not listed in the contract are not covered and will be billed at the revised pricing from July 1, 2026.
I am in the middle of a 90-day committed plan; if I upgrade to a higher node configuration on July 10th, do I pay the old or new rate?
The new (revised) rate will apply to the upgraded configuration. An upgrade is treated as the launch of a new resource, and new resources provisioned on or after July 1, 2026 are billed at the new rates.
Does upgrading my node configuration mid-term break my current commitment and force my entire account onto the new pricing?
No — your existing committed plan and its locked-in rate continue unaffected for the rest of its term. Only the upgraded node configuration (treated as a new resource) is billed at the new rate; the rest of your account is not moved to the new pricing as a result of the upgrade.
If I need to downsize my committed resources in July, will penalties or adjustments be calculated using old or new rates?
Downsizing a committed plan does not entitle you to a refund, as you have already been charged for reserving that capacity; downsizing therefore provides no billing benefit. Where any penal charges apply, these will be calculated using the old (current/pre-July 1) rate.
As a postpaid customer, will my July invoice clearly show a pro-rated split between June usage and July usage?
Since the pricing update takes effect on July 1, 2026, your June invoice will cover usage up to and including June 30, 2026 (at current rates), and your July invoice will separately cover usage from July 1, 2026 onward (at new rates) — i.e., billing is split by invoice period rather than pro-rated within a single invoice.
I have a prepaid credit balance bought at old rates; will my wallet balance lose purchasing power on July 1st?
Infra Credits purchased can be utilized towards services as per your requirements, and the same credits can be used to purchase services at the revised prices from July 1, 2026.
How exactly is the pro-rata billing calculated if my monthly billing cycle spans from mid-June to mid-July?
For existing committed-plan nodes, pricing remains valid until the node's commitment expiry, so there is no situation requiring a mid-cycle price split for those nodes. For hourly-billed usage, billing follows calendar-month invoicing as described above (June usage billed at current rates, July usage billed at new rates from July 1, 2026).
Are you changing the actual SKU names or do the names stay exactly the same with just a change in the backend price?
SKU names remain unchanged. Only the price associated with each SKU is being revised.
I am an IndiaAI program user but run a few standard GPU instances; how do I know if my specific account is excluded?
Resources launched through the IndiaAI API portal are governed by IndiaAI and will not be affected by this pricing change. However, any resources on your account that are not part of your IndiaAI allocation will be billed at the revised prices from July 1, 2026.
As an IndiaAI program customer, how is my billing treated if I use compute nodes not covered by IndiaAI POs?
Resources launched through the IndiaAI API portal are governed by IndiaAI and are not affected by this pricing change. Compute nodes that are not covered by your IndiaAI POs are billed at the revised prices from July 1, 2026.
If I take no action by June 30th, will E2E automatically convert my hourly workloads into committed plans to save me money?
No. Because committed plans carry a financial commitment/impact, E2E will not auto-convert your hourly workloads. You will need to actively choose and select a committed plan option if you wish to move from hourly billing.
How does this impact Channel/Reseller Partners?
Pricing for Channel and Reseller Partners will also change for the affected SKUs. Partners are requested to connect with their Account Manager for details specific to their account.
