Pay by bank transfer and have the money credited to your account: as infra credits on a prepaid account, against your invoices on a postpaid one. Every INR account has a virtual bank account of its own, and a transfer to it is matched to your account automatically.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”The virtual account takes transfers from Indian banks. A USD account pays by card through Pay Now instead. On a postpaid account, Current Outstanding on Billing > Pay Now is the amount to send; on a prepaid account, send the amount you want added as credits.
Find your virtual bank account
Section titled “Find your virtual bank account”Open Billing > Billing Profile and click Virtual Bank Account Details. The tab shows the Bank Name, Beneficiary Name, Virtual Bank Account Number, and IFSC Code for your account.
Make the transfer
Section titled “Make the transfer”In your bank’s app or net banking, add the beneficiary with those details and send the amount by NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS. The virtual account takes transfers only; it cannot be used for a cheque.
Then email the transaction details to billing@e2enetworks.com, as E2E’s terms ask.
When the money shows
Section titled “When the money shows”The transfer appears on Billing > Account Statement > Ledger as a credit, within a few hours for most transfers and up to two working days for some. On a prepaid account the credits are on your balance; on a postpaid account the payment is set against your unpaid invoices.
For a payment that must land now, pay with a card or UPI from Pay Now instead.
