Update your billing details

Put the right company name, GSTIN, PAN, and address on every invoice from here on, and the right mobile number for OTPs and alerts. Everything is on Billing > Billing Profile.

Have the GSTIN and PAN as they appear on your registration. The PAN is entered in capitals.

  1. Open Billing > Billing Profile and click Billing Details.
  2. Change what you need: Legal Name, Organization Type, GSTIN, PAN, TAN, Billing Address, city, state, postal code, and country, plus Nature of Business and Official Email.
  3. Click Update Details.

The change applies to invoices issued from now on. To correct an invoice that has already been issued, email billing-support@e2enetworks.com within 7 days of receiving it. A changed name or GSTIN splits your ledger into a before and after, and the Ledger tab lists each period; see Read your account statement.

On Basic Details, edit the first and last name, or click the edit icon next to the mobile number. A six-digit OTP goes to the new number, by SMS or a call, and is good for three minutes; enter it to confirm. The CRN Number and Sign Up Time are fixed.

Changing the account’s email address is a request rather than an edit. Click the edit icon next to the address and enter the new one. E2E acknowledges the request, and for 20 hours you can cancel it. The account is then read-only for four hours. At 24 hours every session is signed out, and you sign in with the new address. A shared company mailbox, rather than one person’s address, keeps the account with the company when people move on.

On Customer Validation, the primary or admin user names the people who may speak for the account with E2E, and removes them again. The tab keeps the history of each nomination.

Billing Profile Update History lists each change with the date in IST, and the next invoice under Billing > Account Statement > Invoices carries the new details. For the account’s bank transfer details, on Virtual Bank Account Details, see Pay by bank transfer.
