Redeem a coupon

View as Markdown

Redeem a coupon to add its infra credits to your balance, ready to use. A coupon is a ten-character code E2E sends you by email or SMS, tied to your account’s currency and good until its expiry date.

Make sure that the account is prepaid and in the coupon’s currency: a coupon for an INR account cannot be applied to a USD account, and a postpaid account has no balance to add credits to.

  1. Open Billing > Coupons.
  2. Click Redeem Coupon.
  3. Enter the code, complete the reCAPTCHA, and click Redeem Coupon.

The credits are on your balance at once. If the account was suspended for a negative balance and the coupon brings it back to zero or above, the services are restored at once.

The coupon is in the list with the status Applied, and Details shows when it was redeemed and by whom. The credits show as a credit on Billing > Account Statement > Infra Credit Details.

The list also keeps the rest of your coupons: filter by Available Coupons, Applied Coupons, or Expired Coupons, or search by code. Each shows its Expiry Date (IST), the date to redeem it by. If a code is refused, see Troubleshooting Billing.
