Login to the MyAccount portal using your registered email address: https://myaccount.e2enetworks.com/

Click on Products → Computes in the left panel of MyAccount.

Select the nodes and click on Actions (marked in red). Choose the Delete Node option and confirm to delete it.

If you have multiple nodes, carefully select each one and delete them following step 3.

If you are using other services such as Load Balancer, Saved Images, Reserved IP, VPC, EBS, EOS, DBaaS, or CDP backups, delete each service by navigating to its respective section in the MyAccount portal.

Ensure you take adequate backups of your data before deprovisioning services, as all customer data, including backups, will be permanently deleted upon deprovisioning and will no longer be available.

Note that all services will be presumed active and billed unless de-provisioned and deleted by you. You are responsible for paying for services up until the date of deprovisioning.
