Your E2E Networks account

Your MyAccount account is where everything you do on E2E Networks Cloud starts. You create and manage cloud resources from it, pay for what you use, bring in your team, and get support.

Each account has one owner, the person who signed up. To set it up, you verify your email address and mobile number, give your billing details, answer a compliance question, and confirm your identity, which MyAccount calls customer validation. Then you add infra credits and create your first resource.

Each account has a CRN, a number E2E gives the account. Support asks for your CRN to find your account, so keep it to hand whenever you contact E2E.

You can find your CRN in four places:

  • On the header button at the top of MyAccount.
  • In the account menu that opens from the header button, with Copy CRN beside it.
  • As CRN Number on Basic Details, the first tab of your profile.
  • On the Details tab of any support ticket.

If you belong to more than one account, the account menu lists every account where you are an accepted member, each with its organisation name and CRN. Click one, and MyAccount signs you in to that account. An account where you are still Invited shows in the list too, ready to switch to once you accept the invitation.

Login History on the dashboard lists your own last five sign-ins, with User, Date & Time, and IP Address.

Every resource you create lives in a project. Your account starts with one project, created when you sign up and named default-project- followed by a number. The project you are in shows in the header; pick another from the list there to switch at once. Anything you create goes into the project you are in.

You can create as many projects as you need to keep work apart, such as testing and production, and rename any of them, the default project included. To add a project, see Create a project.

A new account is ready for its first resource once three things are done:

  1. You verify the email code and the SMS code from sign-up.
  2. You finish Complete Your Account Setup. It opens from Complete Setup on the dashboard and has two steps: Billing Information, which starts with the Compliance country question, and then Account Setup, where you complete customer validation.
  3. On a prepaid account, you add infra credits for the first resource.

Customer validation checks the identity of the person who signed up, because the CERT-In rules require it. While it is open, you can look around MyAccount and fill in your profile, and a create button, such as Launch on a node, takes you back to Complete Your Account Setup. Once it is approved, you can create resources.

An Indian organisation that entered a GSTIN can choose Load Credits instead of customer validation: a payment of any amount completes its setup. Every other customer completes customer validation.

Every new account is prepaid: you buy infra credits first, and your usage is taken from them. The header shows your balance as Infra Credits:. A postpaid account is invoiced for its usage afterwards, and its header shows Usage: instead. E2E converts an account to postpaid on request; see How do I switch from prepaid to postpaid?. For how infra credits are spent, see Prepaid and postpaid accounts.

  • Your profile is Billing > Manage Profile, the Manage Customer Profile page. Basic Details holds your name, email, mobile number, and CRN, and Billing Details holds your billing details.
  • The Billing menu also holds Pay Now, Auto Pay, Account Statement, with your invoices, transactions, usage, credit notes, and ledger, Coupons, and TDS.
  • In the sidebar, Settings holds Audit Log, Security, SSH Keys, General Settings, Abuse Logs, and Tags. Security is where you manage your sessions, your password, and two-factor authentication. API has its own entry in the sidebar.
  • In the sidebar, Support has Cloud Platform, where you raise and follow tickets, and Sales Support, the sales team’s contact details. If you cannot reach MyAccount, write to cloud-platform@e2enetworks.com or call +91-11-4117-1818.

Two-factor authentication is always on. Sign-up turns it on by text message to your mobile number, and you can switch to Google Authenticator in Settings > Security.

You invite other people to your account from Identity & Access Management (IAM) in the account menu. One validation covers the whole account: someone who joins through the activation link in your invitation works under your validation. Someone who already has their own MyAccount login completes customer validation on that login before they can accept your invitation.
