Troubleshooting steps for monitoring in Windows:

Right click on start and select “Run”.


Type “services.msc” and select OK.


Search for “Zabbix agent” and make sure it is running.


If it is not in running status, please press the “Start” button.

If you are unable to find the zabbix agent service, you need to install the zabbix agent. Please download zabbix agent 4.4 from here.

Also you have to check for the zabbix port 10050 is allowed. By default it is allowed in all the E2E nodes by default. You can check for existing firewall rule with the name of “Zabbix”. Or else, you can allow the port referring to the article here.
